Shipping, Delivery, & Assembly

Shipping

Ground shipping is included on all orders to the contiguous U.S. Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 days. Large parcels require customer signature upon delivery. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO. Many of our items are large and ship in boxes bigger than the post office will accept for P.O. boxes. Some of the items we ship, like treadmill lubricant, can't be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.

White Glove Delivery & Assembly

Delivery

All treadmills, rowers, ellipticals, and bikes come with White Glove Delivery service, which includes assembly of the ordered item(s). Once ordered, your equipment will typically be delivered in 7-14 days. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. 

Once contact has been made, the shipping company will make arrangements to deliver the machine to your home at a designated time, at which point the item(s) will be delivered into the room of your choice.

A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

Assembly

All treadmills, rowers, ellipticals, and bikes will be assembled in the room of your choice by our professional team of White Glove delivery and assembly technicians. All packaging from your ordered item(s) will be removed upon completion.
